Glidepath has been our internet service provider for a couple of years now. (Since Feb 2020) Their customer service is so far the best of any company I have dealt with. From signing up in the beginning, installation and following up to a couple of years later the service delivery just got better and better. They communicate on different platforms in order to make sure that should there be any break in the internet you are aware and informed. Should you perhaps experience a problem with internet speed or connectivity they are also available to report it on different platforms...you immediately get a response and reference number and any issues you may encounter gets resolved in a timeous, professional and efficient manner. the staff is always friendly and helpful and in the years of them being our service provider we had very little issues. I would highly recommend Glidepath to any person looking for hassle free, reliable internet connection, dealing with professional and well trained staff and efficient technical support team. regards Ilonka Pretorius
